Oppo has introduced new customer service initiatives in India, expanding its service centres to cover 25,000 PIN codes. The company aims to offer a quick 24-hour turnaround time for 80% of smartphone repairs, including software issues, screen and battery replacement, and more. Oppo Service Centre 3.0 also provides one-hour onsite repairs, free pick-up and drop services, and debit/credit card-based bank EMI options. Customers will receive regular updates on their repairs through SMS and WhatsApp. Oppo plans to upgrade 40 more service centres to the new standard by 2024.
